
Mama moje najbolje prije poslala mi je sa sela koprive i domaća jaja. Planirala sam napraviti domaće tagliatelle od koprive, ali nisam našla toliko vremena. Nisam željela da mi kopriva propadne, pa sam se sjetila fritaje koja je gotova za 10-ak minuta , i uživala.

1 žlica | maslinovog ulja |
1 | mladi luk (narezan na kolutiće) |
2 | jaja |
1 šaka | mladog lišća koprive, nasjcekanog |
par kolutića | domaće kobasice |
1/2 žličice | paste od čilija |
sol, papar |
Upute:
Odvojite lišće koprive od stabljike i operite. Potopite ih u kipućoj vodi na minutu. Izvadite i ocijedite.
U tavi zagrijte maslinovo ulje, a onda na njemu kratko propirjajte kolutiće mladog luka (dok ne omekšaju). Dodajte kolutiće kobasice i lišće koprive i vrlo kratko propirjajte (1-2 minute). Dodajte jaja i pastu od čilija i miješajte dok jaja nisu pečena. Posolite, popaprite. Poslužite toplo.
Fritaja is a Croatian dish made of scrambled eggs. Fritajas are especially common in the springtime, as at that time there are many plants and vegetables such as wild asparagus, young nettles, herbs, chicory, tomatoes, young garlic sprouts and spices available to add to egg.
My best friend’s mom sent me nettles and eggs from the country. I thought I would prepare homemade green pasta, but since I was in a hurry, I decided to make fritaja, a simple dish made in 10 minutes. And I enjoyed it!
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 stalk | spring onion |
few slices | sausage |
1 handful | young nettle leaves |
2 | eggs |
1/2 tsp | chili paste |
salt, pepper to taste |
Directions:
Remove the nettle leaves from the stems (discard the stems). Boil the water in a small pot and remove from the heat. Put the leaves in the water for one minute, and then drain. Put aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan and then saute sliced spring onion on low heat until soft and translucent. Add chopped sausage and boiled nettle leaves and saute for two minutes. Add eggs and chili paste and cook until eggs are done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Odmah mi zazubice! Iako da se ne zalim – pojela sam hrpu fritaja ove godine sa sparogama.. S koprivom jos nisam nikad probala.Tako se upotrebljava samo dok je mlada? Super fotke :)!

Ne znam, obično se na tržnicama pojavljuju u proljeće pa su relativno “mlade”. Mislim da se lišće može upotrebljavati i na starijoj biljci… Hvala
