Iako u zagrebačkim pekarnicama u vrijeme Poklada ima sve više i više odličnih krafni, tradicionalna je zabava peći ih kod kuće. Ne pečem krafne često, ali potrudim se barem u vrijeme Poklada.

Tradicionalno krafne se pune pekmezom i posipaju šećerom u prahu, a u posljednje vrijeme mogu se naći punjene čokoladom, s raznim preljevima, okusima i dekoracijama. Ove godine odlučila sam se za punjenje Nutellom i preljevima od bijele i tamne čokolade. Recept koji najčešće koristim je ovdje.

Although recently you can find excellent doughnuts in Zagreb bakeries during Carnival, traditionally a lot of people bake them at home. I don’t bake doughnuts often, but at least I try to bake them to my family during this festive season. Traditionally doughnuts are filled with jam and sprinkled with powdered sugar, but modern versions use chocolate fillings, different types of frosting, sprinkles, etc. This year I decided to fill the doughnuts with Nutella and then top them with white and dark chocolate glaze.
