1 cup butter = 225 g maslaca
Ostalo je lako izmjeriti u posudi s označenim mililitrima:
Suhi sastojci: 1 cup = 240 ml
Tekući sastojci: 1 cup = 250 ml.

I gooled the recipe searching for the wine and chocolate cake. The recipe is from this page: http://winemag.co.za/recipes/chocolate-wine-cake/. I didn’t change a thing, except I cut the ingredients in half, and the mixture was enough for one small round cake and 2 cupcakes. I baked the small cake for about 45 – 50 minutes. I left it to cool, then I covered it with clingfilm and left it in the refrigerator over night. Next morning I cooked the ganache.
There is a bajillion of chocolate in this cake, I recommend it to the passionate chocolate lovers

This one goes to the 80th Edition of Black and White Wednesday – a Photography Event created by Susan of The Well-Seasoned Cook, now organized by Cinzia of Cindystar and hosted this week by Anusha of Tomato Blues.

My son is going to love this cake.. chocolate is his weakness.. my glaze has never set so smooth. Is there a trick for it, please do share
Hm, I don’t think most kids would like this cake as much as the adults, because, you definitely can sense the wine in the cake. But maybe, you never know

But you’re right, full of chocolate
No particular trick, just a good recipe for the glaze!
A fantastic cake that really rocks in B/W as well as color. Great shots!
thank you!
