Cvjetići od lisnatog tijesta

Postupak:
Razvaljajte lisnato tijesto na debljinu 3-4 mm. Izrežite kvadrate. Na svakom kvadratu zarežite perforacije prema slici. Savijte cvjetiće prema sljedećoj slici. Utisnite prstom sredinu cvjetića i stavite žličicu pekmeza. Pecite na 180°C.

Directions:
On a well floured surface, roll dough until it’s 3-4 mm thick. Cut into equal squares. Make equal cuts on each square, see the images below. Fold the corners of the square toward the centre of the square, and then press with the finger. Put one teaspoon of jam on each flower. Bake at 180°C.
