Jednostavno, a opet malo drugačije jelo. Osvaja djecu i sve one koji ne vole previše kompliciranu hranu. Ukusno i krckavo.
Sami odlučite koliko krckave komadiće želite, ja obično stavljam i nešto krušnih mrvica kako bi se uz krckavost postigla i ugodna tekstura.

200 ml | čvrstog jogurta |
3 | manja kisela krastavca |
1 manji | sjeckani mladi luk |

Upute:
Pileći file poprečno narežite na trake. U duboki tanjur stavite jaje i kratko ručno izmiješajte. Na drugi tanjur stavite brašno, a na treći mješavinu sezamovih sjemenki i mrvica. Nemojte odmah pomiješati sav sezam i mrvice nego prvo 2/3 ukupne količine a kasnije dodavajte prema potrebi (ovo je zato da ostatke možete vratiti nazad u vrećice). Meso posolite i protrljajte.
Komade mesa s obje strane umačite prvo u brašno, potom u jaje, a zatim u mješavinu sezama i mrvica. Obložene komade mesa odlažite na veliki tanjur.
Zagrijte ulje u tavi. Kad se ulje zagrijalo, položite meso na ulje i pržite nekoliko minuta na svakoj strani, toliko da dobije zlatno-smeđu boju. Kad je meso govoto, odložite ga na papirnati ubrus da se ocijedi od ulja.
U zdjelici pomiješajte jogurt, sitno narezano povrće i začine.
Pileće sezamove prutiće poslužite uz umak od jogurta, pržene krumpiriće i veliku salatu.
This is a simple, but not that usual recipe. It’s a great recipe for the kids, and for the adults who don’t like complicated food. Tasty and crunchy.
You decide how crunchy you like it. I usually add some breadcrumbs to sesame seed to get crunchy, but pleasant structure.

350-400 g | chicken breast |
3-4 tbsp | all purpose flour |
1 large or 2 small | eggs |
30-40 g | breadcrumbs |
100-110 g | sesame seeds |

Yogurt Dip | |
200 ml | firm yogurt |
3 | small pickled cucumber |
1 small stalk | spring onion |
salt, freshly ground pepper |
Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise in strips. Put the eggs in the bowl and whisk. Put the flour on a plate. Put the mixture of sesame seeds and breadcrumbs on another plate. Salt the meat.
Dip each piece of chicken in the flour and then in the egg. Then dip it in the sesame and breadcrumbs mixture and put aside on the large plate.
Heat the oil in a large pan. When the oil is heated, put the coated chicken pieces on the pan and fry for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown. When done, put them on some paper towels to drain.
Mix yogurt, salt, pepper and finely chopped vegetables.
Serve sesame seed chicken with yogurt dip, salad and fried potatoes.
